Construction 
The total building area is 42,000 m2. The difficulty was in the construction site - the riverbed. The company’s engineers have designed a building with a foundation installed on solid ground on piles up to 27m long.The exterior of the building includes elements of facade glazing in addition to aluminum sheets. Each floor of the residential complex has an intelligent control module.
