The total building area is 105,000 m2, as well as 45,000m2 of infrastructure.
Victoria Garden Mall is considered to be the largest shopping and entertainment center in Western Ukraine.
The work included full development of the project, design, as well as construction and commissioning of the facility.
The construction was performed in accordance with European quality standards and the FIDIC contract.
